Absolutely free and conjugated noroxycodone, free of charge and conjugated oxycodone, and oxymorphone are excreted in human urine pursuing one oral dose of oxycodone. The major circulating metabolite is noroxycodone by having an AUC ratio of 0.6 relative to that of oxycodone. Oxymorphone is present while in the plasma only in lower concentrations.
